WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After confirming the purchase. all products are shipped freely, safely, and securely with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express from Morocco to your front door. Products are guaranteed to arrive to you. Once the shipping is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your package online. We ship and send the product according to the method you have chosen, either by our shipping agent or through the Express service.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders that you submit online can not be canceled if it’s already been shipped, and you may need to wait until you receive the package in order to return it.

You may return any unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your product including shipping.
You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. We'll pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.).

It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. The shipping cost back to us is at the charge of the customer.
When a return is completed the same Credit Card or PayPal account you used for the purchase will be credited in the 24 hours after the return in our logistic center.
